KidsNetGuard, led by Gerardo Zúñiga Hernández, is responsible for processing the collected personal data.

We collect personal information including:

– Professional data such as position, experience, certifications, and areas of expertise

Purpose of Processing
The collected personal data will be used to:
– Manage and coordinate participation in the expert campaign
– Communicate regarding the campaign
– Promote the campaign and its results through our communication channels (social media, website).
Consent for Data Publication
The personal data of professionals (full name, position, experience, profile photograph, certifications, and areas of expertise) will be published on our social media and website, kidsnetguard.com, as part of the expert council campaign posts. The professional’s email address will not be published and will only be used for coordination and direct communication between KidsNetGuard and the professional.
Professionals must give their explicit consent for the processing of their personal data through the options provided in the participation form for the expert advice campaign. This consent can be revoked at any time.
Data Protection
We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.
Rights of Data Subjects
According to Law 8968, data subjects have the right to:
– Access their personal data: Request a copy of the information submitted via the campaign participation form by emailing info@kidsnetguard.com.
– Rectify incorrect data or cancel their participation in the campaign and request the deletion of submitted data by explaining the reasons and sending an email to: info@kidsnetguard.com.

We do not transfer personal data to third parties without the consent of the data subject, except in cases required by law.

Personal data will be retained only for the time necessary to fulfill the described purposes, unless a specific regulation requires a longer retention period.
